Anavitor LCA 2.1.4 Release Notes!

Duplicate Subproject

ℹ️  Anavitor LCA introduces a feature allowing users to duplicate an existing subproject, including its associated settings, LCA mapping and calculations! This workflow automates the repetitive LCA work and has been a highly requested function.

💡 With this update, Anavitor LCA supports quick project structuring and minimizes the risk of configuration errors. This feature will especially benefit users managing multiple variants or phases or building variants of a BIM project.

Remove EPD Function

ℹ️  The Remove EPD functionality allows users to unassign an EPD from an environmental resource within the EPD Finder. This gives users more flexibility to refine or correct their material data without assigning a new EPD immediately. 

📚 In the EPD Finder, the option to remove EPD is shown only when an EPD is already active for the resource, see image below.

Recipe List Updated

ℹ️  The recipe list has been thoroughly reviewed. All recipe names have been updated to more clearly indicate which building part they refer to. In addition, some components that were previously linked to the wrong LCA packages have now been corrected.

💡 These updates make the available LCA data clearer and more accurate.

⚠️ Impact on older projects

Please note that older projects using global recipes created before this release, may not work correctly unless the recipes are replaced. This is a known consequence of the update affecting recipes with modified components.

We are currently addressing this by improving how calculations handle recipe versions.

Bug Fixes

ℹ️  After giving a recipe to materials, e.g. grouping by the property "Structure Name", the EPD Finder icon is now properly activated.

ℹ️  Delete a project which does not contain a subproject is now possible.

ℹ️  Customers can now create projects with names already used by other customers. Project names only need to be unique within your own company.

ℹ️  Added translations to new features, object types and translations. Supported languages are currently English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish.
